How are Bradic pieces made?
Each piece is handmade to order in Europe, using premium fabrics and time-honoured techniques. We follow a slow fashion philosophy with a focus on quality and longevity.
Which items are available in standard sizes?
Only our Essentials Collection — including select tops and skirts — is available in standard sizing. All other pieces are custom-made to order.
Are your pieces restocked?
No. Each edition is limited and numbered. Once it sells out, it is not restocked — ensuring exclusivity.
How long does production take?
Most orders are crafted within 7–14 business days. For custom pieces, allow additional time. You will be notified upon completion.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and times will appear at checkout depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders over €500.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your piece is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Due to our made-to-order nature, we currently do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. Please refer to our [Refund Policy].
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only available for size adjustments on select pieces. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Sizing & Customization
How does sizing work?
Most Bradic pieces are made-to-measure. When adding an item to your cart, you’ll be prompted to enter your measurements through a simple form — ensuring your piece is tailored specifically for you.
Which items are not made-to-measure?
Only our Essentials Collection is offered in fixed sizes.
What measurements do I need to provide?
Basic measurements such as bust, waist, hips, and height. The form will guide you through each step.
Can I request small design tweaks?
In many cases, yes. If you’d like to request a sleeve adjustment, neckline change or other minor customisation, reach out to us before placing your order.
Packaging & Gifting
What does the packaging look like?
Each item is wrapped in silk and placed in a signature Bradic box, accompanied by a numbered card and a handwritten note.
Can I send a gift?
Absolutely. Tick “This is a gift” at checkout and add a message. We’ll handwrite your note on a custom card.
