How are Bradic pieces made?

Each piece is handmade in Croatia, using natural materials and time-honoured techniques. We follow a slow fashion philosophy with a focus on quality and longevity.

Which items are available in standard sizes?

Only our Essentials Collection is available in standard sizing. All other pieces are made to your measurements.

Are your pieces restocked?

No. Each edition is limited and numbered. Once it sells out, it is not restocked.

How long does production take?

Most pieces are crafted within 2-6 weeks. For custom pieces, allow additional time.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping options and times will appear at checkout depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your piece is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on items marked as return-eligible (30 Days to Love or Return It).

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are only available for size adjustments on select pieces. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Sizing & Customization

How does sizing work?

Most pieces are made-to-measure.

Which items are not made-to-measure?

Only our Essentials Collection is offered in fixed sizes.

What measurements do I need to provide?

Basic measurements such as bust, waist, hips, and height. The form will guide you through each step.

Can I request small design tweaks?

Yes. If you’d like to request a sleeve adjustment, neckline change or other minor customisation, leave a message on order, or reach out to us before.

Packaging & Gifting

What does the packaging look like?

Each piece is wrapped in silk and placed in a signature Bradic box, accompanied by a numbered card and a scent pouch.

Can I send a gift?

Absolutely. Add a message at checkout. We’ll handwrite your note on a custom card.
