By placing an order with Bradic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Made-to-Order Production

All garments are made to order. This means that once an order is placed, production begins specifically for that customer. Please ensure your measurements and details are accurate before checkout.

 

2. Processing & Shipping

Production takes approximately 2–6 weeks. Once completed, items are shipped via a trusted courier with tracking and insurance. Shipping costs and times are detailed at checkout.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges, if stated on specific piece or if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bradic.eu.

 

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. 

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, images, and branding is the intellectual property of Bradic and may not be used without written permission.

 

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is treated with care and never shared with third parties, except where necessary to process your order. See our Privacy Policy for more.

 

7. Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in EUR. International customers may be subject to import duties or taxes upon delivery, these are the buyer’s responsibility.
