Refund policy

Bradic accepts returns only on items clearly marked as return-eligible on the product page.

Because most Bradic garments are made-to-order, tailored individually, or released in limited numbered editions (e.g., 1/30), these pieces are not eligible for return unless specified otherwise.

All return eligibility is always stated at the top of each product description.

“30 Days to Love or Return It” — Available Only on Selected Pieces

For selected pieces marked with “30 Days to Love or Return It,” we offer a special return window of 30 days from the delivery date.

Why we offer this policy

As a new fashion label, Bradic is committed to proving the quality, craftsmanship, and integrity behind each piece.
This extended return window is offered on selected designs so you can experience our fabrics, fit, and craftsmanship without hesitation. We believe our work speaks for itself, and this policy reflects that confidence.

Free Fit Adjustment

If your piece arrives and the fit isn’t completely perfect, you can request a complimentary fit adjustment instead of a return.

This service includes:

  • Minor tailoring adjustments (length, straps, waist refinement, shaping adjustments)
  • Done at our atelier or through your trusted local tailor (reimbursed up to a specified amount)

To request a fit adjustment, simply email us within your return window.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return on eligible items:

  • Item must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition
  • All original packaging, tags, garment bag and certificates must be included
  • No signs of wear, damage, stretching, stains, perfumes, or alterations
  • Return request must be submitted within the stated return window (14 days for standard returns, 30 days for “Love or Return” pieces)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@bradic.eu with your order number and reason for return
  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address
  3. Once the item arrives at our atelier and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours.
We will resolve the issue with priority.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
