Delivery & Production

Each piece is handcrafted in our Croatian atelier.

Production time: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.

Crafting time: Approx. 15–20 hours per piece

Shipping time: 2–5 business days (EU) / 5–10 days (international).

You’ll receive updates at each stage — from crafting to shipping — so you always know when to expect your piece.

We want you to love your piece.

You have 30 days to decide.

If it’s not perfect, we’ll refund or adjust it — no questions asked.

Returned pieces must in original condition, and shipped within the 30-day period.

Every refund is processed within 5 business days after the return is received.

Care Instructions

To preserve the piece fully:

Dry clean only — professional care recommended to preserve structure and finish.

Steam lightly from the reverse side using low heat. Avoid direct contact of the iron with the wool surface.

Do not wash or tumble dry — moisture and agitation may distort the fabric’s natural fibers.

Store on a hanger with full-length support to maintain crease and silhouette.

Air occasionally after wear to refresh fibers and maintain natural softness.

Protect from prolonged sunlight and humidity to prevent fading and fiber stress.
