Each cardigan is handcrafted in our Croatian atelier.

Production time: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.

Crafting time: Approx. 15–20 hours per piece

Shipping time: 2–5 business days (EU) / 5–10 days (international).

You’ll receive updates at each stage — from crafting to shipping — so you always know when to expect your piece.

If it’s not perfect, we’ll refund or adjust it — no questions asked.

Returned pieces must in original condition, and shipped within the 30-day period.

Every refund is processed within 5 business days after the return is received.

To preserve the softness, warmth, and longevity of pure cashmere:

• Dry clean only (gentle solvent, specialist recommended)
• Rest your knit between wears to allow fibers to relax
• Store folded, never on a hanger — cashmere can stretch over time
• Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Avoid friction from bags or rough surfaces to minimize pilling
• Use a cashmere comb occasionally to remove light pilling
• Air out regularly instead of frequent washing

With proper care, your cashmere piece will stay soft, luxurious, and beautiful for years.
